Hebei Medical University is one of the oldest and best medical universities in China. Hebei University of Engineering School of Medicine situated in Handan, Hebei province, China established in 2003.In 2006, Ministry of Education of China authorized the university to change its name to Hebei University of Engineering. The university now specializes in the fields of civil engineering, together with science disciplines, water power, agriculture and medicine.

In the past few years, Hebei Medical University has become an important window of cultural and economic exchanges with the world. It has established closer cooperation with about ten medical colleges and research institutes of Japan, South Korea, America and France successively. 24 foreign experts have been invited to take the honorary positions of this university. The university boasts ten master accredited disciplines and 37 sub-disciplines. Three professional master degrees accredited categories as MBA, ME and AE, 11-engineering master programs and 13 master accredited area of Agriculture Extension. The university is also authorized to recommend postgraduates.
